Q&A Central

What are your shipping details?

We currently offer free shipping to the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

Why do you sell only in U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico?

We hope to extend our reach in the near future, but at this time, we are limited to those regions.

Do you have a physical, brick and mortar store?

No, this is a wholly online endeavor. Why waste on inventory, unnecessary space, and resources? We sell what is needed, and try to keep landfills empty of unused garments.

What is your contact info?

You can contact us at support@irrevrnt-designs.com. We usually need 48-72 hours to respond, but we will!

What is your return and refund policy?

Our return policy allows claims for refunds within 30 days of receiving item. You must create an account. We don't offer free shipping on returns at this time. The item must be in the same condition as received, with tags in its original packaging. Check our full return and refund policy by pressing the link at bottom of the page.

Are these original designs?

We create our own designs and concepts. Some from scratch, others ideas taken and transformed from the public domain. The source material used for the garment is imported from many different countries, and our fulfillment partner prints and ships the final product directly to the client.

What method is used for the imprints?

Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing. It's a sustainable garment decoration method that employs digital technology to directly apply ink onto fabric, minimizing waste and chemical usage. Eco-friendly water-based inks are often utilized, reducing toxicity, ensuring biodegradability, reducing waste and conserving resources. For the DTG prints, our supplier uses Kornit machines and inks. Kornit uses high-quality, water-based vegan and cruelty-free inks that they formulate, test, and produce in their own factories. We also sell embroidered products.

Does the imprinted garment need special care?

Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.

Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.

How about embroidered materials?

Embroidered apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. You can use a small amount of chlorine bleach, but non-chlorine is the safer option.

If you notice any color residue in water, rinse the garment in lukewarm water and then in cold several times, but try not to rub any stained embroidery. Embroidered clothing can also be dry-cleaned.

After washing, don't leave the clothing to soak or lie in a pile while wet. Don't wring out the embroidered items, but if you want to tumble-dry them, use a cool air setting.

If the garment needs ironing, do it inside-out, preferably between two pieces of cloth. You shouldn't wet embroidery before ironing or use a steam iron.

Embroidered hats, backpacks, and shoes can be wiped clean with a
damp cloth in the spots where it’s needed. If necessary, hats and shoes can be hand-washed cold. Don’t use brushes.

All three products can’t be machine-washed, bleached, tumble-dried, ironed, or dry-cleaned. Read the manufacturer label carefully for any other instructions.

What about all-over printed apparel, hats, fabric, and swimwear?

All-over printed apparel and fabrics can be machine-washed cold with like colors, without bleach. Don’t dry-clean or tumble-dry the apparel. You can iron it with a low heat setting.

Why don't you hold inventory?

Due to our petite nature, we are not able to hold inventory, plus we strongly believe that fashion-related waste needs to be curtailed. Many companies are filling landfills with unused garments (yes, they are not even giving them away!!). We do not want to contribute to that environment, so we are trying the current arrangement and learning in the process.

Most important thing to us is customer satisfaction, and we will always strive to achieve that regardless of our business model.

Do you offer promotions?

We sure do. We are now offering a 10% discount on first orders from new customers, using the coupon code at checkout.

What payment options do I have?

Our store accepts all major credit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
