Política de reembolso

We have a 30-day return policy, after receiving your item to request a return.  This means that any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.  You must create an account and contact us before returning any products to verify if you are eligible.  You can create an account at https://shopify.com/80720134425/account.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  Write up your problem in detail and upload relevant photos where possible. Photos would need to be pasted in email message.  We will not download or open attached external files.  You’ll also need to paste the receipt or proof of purchase.  We will verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial - please be advised that in these cases, a refund will not be possible.

To start a return and refund request, you can contact us at support@irrevrnt-designs.com within 30 days.  After the verification process is done, please note that all merchandise returned will need to be sent to the return address listed on the shipping label.  Packages sent out from our partner's US and Mexico fulfillment centers are returned to their Charlotte facility: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.  Packages sent out from their facility in Canada are returned to: Unit 3, 3500 Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4 Canada.  These addresses should be used only for product returns. In general, returns should be addressed to “Irrevrnt Designs Returns.”

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please send us relevant photos to assist in the evaluation of your case.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and refund approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
